Mise, your AI assistant
Ask questions about your venue in plain words and get answers from your own data.
Mise is the assistant built into the Covers dashboard. Ask it questions in plain words, "how many covers tonight?", "when did we last see the Harrisons?", and it answers from your venue's own reservations, guests, and messages. It is staff-side only; guests never talk to Mise.
Open Mise
Press ⌘K anywhere in the dashboard (Ctrl+K on Windows), or open the menu at the top left and click the Mise row. The panel slides in over whatever you were doing, and Esc closes it; your page is untouched underneath.
What to ask
The suggestion chips are real starting points: tonight's reservations, revenue against last week, recent changes, your next VIP arrival, finding a guest, table availability. Beyond them, ask the way you would ask a colleague:
- "Who's booked for Saturday dinner?"
- "Which guests have birthdays this month?"
- "How busy were we last Friday compared to the one before?"
Mise answers with your data, so numbers you get match what Analytics and the reservations list show. New chat starts a fresh conversation when you change topic.
