Run service from your phone

The Service tab on the phone is the same live service you run from the dashboard, sized for one hand: the floor with live table statuses, the timeline, the waitlist, and walk-ins. This page walks a night through the app.

Read the floor

The floor plan renders your real layout with each table colored by status, the same colors as the dashboard. Pinch to zoom, drag to pan, and tap a table to peek at its booking: who is on it, the party size, and the quick actions. The peek opens as a small sheet over the floor; "View full details" expands to the full booking when you need more than a glance.

Segments at the top switch between the floor, the timeline, the list, and the waitlist, and the same service picker as the web chooses tonight's service or the whole day.

Seat people

Walk-ins and waitlist work like the dashboard: the ＋ button offers a walk-in flow that suggests the best open table, and the waitlist quotes a wait and texts guests when their table is ready. Seating, status changes, and table moves land on every other device in the same second, so the phone by the door and the iPad at the pass never disagree.

Take and manage bookings

The Bookings tab lists the day; tap a booking for the full detail, including the guest's message thread, or take a new booking with the ＋. Guest profiles are one tap from any booking, so "have they been in before?" gets answered at the door.

Stay reachable

The Inbox tab carries the full message inbox with the Sadie handoff, so taking over a conversation from the floor works the same as at a desk. Push notifications follow your personal choices, set from your avatar under Notifications: new bookings, cancellations, no-shows, waitlist activity, and conversations that need a human. On iPhone, a live service card can sit on the Lock Screen with tonight's covers, so a glance at your phone is a glance at the night.
