This update rebuilds the floor plan, adds full team management, and brings reservation actions into one place. Here's what's new.

A faster, smoother floor plan

The floor plan editor and the live service view now run on a single high-performance canvas, so building and reading your floor is quicker and smoother.

• Cleaner table design. Chairs are shown around each table, capacity is easier to read at a glance, and tables you've linked together appear as a grouped set.
• Smart capacity. The floor plan understands how many guests each table and combined group can seat.
• Safer edits. Floor plan changes now save reliably in order, and the app guards against two people overwriting each other's work, so a busy team won't lose layout edits.

Run service from one screen

A new reservation operations system brings the actions your team takes most into the dashboard, the service view, and the side panels.

• Act on bookings in place. Seat, move, and update reservations without hopping between screens.
• Undo. Step back from an action if something was logged by mistake.

Channel availability

• Control where each table can be booked. Decide which booking channels each table and zone is open to, with clear indicators on the floor plan and help resolving conflicts.
• Seating strategy. Set how the system fills your room, including fill priority, so bookings land where you want them.

Team management

• Invite your team. A new invitation flow lets you add teammates, choose their role, and scope their access to the right venues.
• Roles done right. Settings and sensitive areas are now hidden from team members who shouldn't see them, and account and billing stay admin-only.

Booking widget

• More reliable booking. Fixes to the widget's calendar and date selection make picking a date and time smoother for guests.
• Clearer links. The settings page now previews your widget's web address as you set it up.

Reliability and polish

• Better error messages. When something goes wrong, the app now tells you what happened instead of failing silently, including clearer messages during venue setup.
• Cleaner navigation. A restructured menu with clear "coming soon" states for features still on the way.
• Smoother interface. Fixes across dropdowns, panels, calendars, and layout so the app feels more solid.
• Stronger protection. The public booking widget is now rate-limited to keep it fast and resilient.
