Availability and closures, refreshed settings, and a faster waitlist
v0.11.xJun 29, 2026
Finer control over availability and closures, a refreshed Settings area, and faster waitlist and walk-in tools.
This update gives you finer control over availability and closures, a refreshed Settings area, a more customizable booking widget, and faster waitlist and walk-in tools during live service. Here's what's new.
More control over your availability
- Recurring closures. Set a closure that repeats, so a regular day off or a standing private buyout stays blocked without re-entering it every week.
- Per-day service times. Give each day its own hours instead of one schedule for the whole week, so a late weekend brunch or an early weekday close is easy to set.
- Remove services cleanly. Take a service off a day without it lingering in availability.
A refreshed Settings area
- A cleaner, reorganized Settings. Settings has a clearer structure that's easier to scan and move through.
- Show only what you use. Hide the sections you don't need so your team sees a shorter, more relevant menu.
- Brand styling that flows down. Your brand kit now carries through to the surfaces that inherit it, so colors and styling stay consistent without re-entering them.
- An events control center. Private events have their own home in Settings, ready to turn on when you want to take event requests.
A more customizable booking widget
- Custom text colors and a background image. Style the widget's text and add a background image so it matches your brand more closely.
- A shorter guest flow. The widget skips the seating step automatically when there's nothing to choose, keeping the booking quick.
- Cleaner embedding. Improvements to the embed snippet make it smoother to drop the widget onto your own site.
A sharper bookings dashboard
- Quick Export and New actions. Export your bookings or start a new one right from the top bar.
- Status tiles that follow the date. The status counts on the bookings dashboard reflect the date you're viewing.
- Easier-to-read floor labels. Round tables now carry clear, centered number labels.
- A clearer new-booking summary. The confirm step lists the details in a clean, labelled column, with small fixes for numeric guest names and a crowded late-evening time slot.
- Simpler table picker. Combined-table options stay out of the quick picker, so choosing a single table is faster.
Faster waitlist and walk-ins during service
- Seat from the waitlist by tapping the floor. Pick a waiting party, then tap an open table to seat them.
- Full waitlist actions beside the floor. Notify, seat, and manage waiting parties right from the rail next to your live floor or timeline.
- A condensed walk-in panel. Tapping a table opens a compact walk-in panel that's quicker to work through.
Smarter voice scheduling
- Days off and a 12-hour picker. Set days off for your voice assistant's schedule and choose times on a familiar 12-hour clock.
- Venue-specific voice messages. Tailor voice messages to a single venue.
Google Reserve
- Self-serve enrollment. Venues can enroll in Reserve with Google through the same channel setup you already use.
- Reliable listings. A fix to how venue addresses are stored clears a feed error so your listing publishes correctly.
